AIR (Adobe Integrated Runtime) enables programmers to develop desktop application using web development skills (HTML with JavaScript or Adobe Flex).
Applications created to work with AIR can usually run in Windows, Apple Macs and Linux with little or no modifications.
This website will provide some additional information to help you understand what AIR is, how it can be used, and how to build desktop applications with the AIR SDK (Software Development Kit).
